Rewarranty: (Quasi) Weekly Stories that Inspire
In today’s world, it’s easy to be overwhelmed by the news; with so many outlets and so many methods of access, we are constantly being bombarded with the latest of what’s going on and what’s happening. But, most of the times, the stories we hear have a negative bend: they are about heart-breaking tragedies, political impasses, world is coming to an end, economic doom and gloom, and all that madness. With all this pessimism, it made me wonder where are all the good news! Where are all the feel-good stories! Where are all the everyday heroes!
And here’s where Rewarranty comes in.
It’s a (quasi) weekly blog that focuses on random stories about people, animals, and things that inspire me, give me laughter, or warm my heart and soul. Each week (though I might miss a week here and there because “life, uh, finds a way”), I will share one of these tales with a quick and dirty introduction and—me being a visual learner—a YouTube/Twitter clip that explores this Rewarranty Story of the Week. It could be about everyday heroes, average Jacks and Jills, good Samaritans, crazy animals, innovative companies, or wacky happenings.
Through this virtual chicken noodle soup, I hope that this blog will serve as that warranty on the positive/hopeful/fun side of our human world that will inspire you, give you tears of joy, remind you of the goodness of humanity, or simply provide you some stress-relief laughter. After all, we humans all need a little escape to stay balanced in, sometimes, a little too chaotic world.
Stay happy and don't forget to smile :)
