The Balking Trifecta

Baseball is a great America past-time full of unwritten and written rules. One of the most confusing rules for a causal sport fan is the balk rule. Basically a pitcher needs to come to a complete stop before throwing a pitch if there is a runner on base. It's designed to ensure that the runner doesn't get "juked" by the pitcher. But violating it can be very confusing, even for the players and umpire involved. So for getting a balk called three times in a row, Mr. Richard Bleier is this week's Rewarranty Story of the Week.
